Add menu item
Upload restaurant menu
Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF (maximum 10 MB). The most recently uploaded menu will be sent to customers on WhatsApp. For text-based PDFs, recognised items are added automatically as inactive drafts for review before customers can order them.
Review suggested menu items
Extracted items are automatically added as unavailable drafts. Check names and prices, then activate them when correct. Existing menu entries are left unchanged.
Import menu from CSV or Excel
Use your Pizza Lounge Café CSV or an Excel spreadsheet. Existing items are matched by name, and price updates are reviewed before importing.

Each restaurant needs its own verified WhatsApp Business number. A phone number entered in restaurant settings does not connect WhatsApp.

Your number will only become connected after Meta authorisation, phone registration and webhook setup are completed and verified by OrderFlow.
